Booking Policy

- Prices mentioned are estimates and may vary based on actual route, tolls, and parking charges.
Cancellation & Refund
- Cancellations made within 24 hours of the pickup time may be subject to a cancellation fee.
- Refunds for pre-paid bookings will be processed within 5–7 working days after verification.
User Responsibilities
- Passengers are expected to behave responsibly during the journey.
- Any damage to the vehicle caused by the passenger will be charged accordingly.
- Smoking or consuming illegal substances in the vehicle is strictly prohibited.
Limitation of Liability
Shri Balaji Travels shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of the use or inability to use our services, including delays due to traffic or weather conditions.
